Spring Social Refund Policy

Thank you for participating in our raffle for Spring Social! Should you run into any issues with your donation, please contact Justin Bryant at jbryant@legalaidchicago.org or 312.229.6369. See below for more details.

REFUND

If you made a purchase of raffle tickets in error, or there was an issue with your bank authorizing the payment, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue. After April 20, 2021 we will unfortunately not be able to modify any transactions, and your contribution will be considered a donation to Legal Aid Chicago.

EXCHANGE

If you purchased tickets, but you decide you do not wish to be included in the raffle and would rather convert the transaction to a regular donation, just let us know before the event.

CANCELLATION

In the event of the virtual event being cancelled through unforeseen and unanticipated disruption, all purchases of tickets will automatically be refunded. In such a case, please let as know as soon as possible if you wish to convert your purchase to a regular donation.
