Legal Aid Chicago’s Client Compliment Form is available to any person who would like to share a positive story about their experience with Legal Aid Chicago.  These testimonies help us to better tell the story of Legal Aid Chicago’s successes.

Similarly, Legal Aid Chicago’s Client Complaint Procedure Form is available to any person who has been refused service by Legal Aid Chicago and any client who has a complaint about the way service was provided. (Available here in Spanish) (Available here in Polish)
